Any personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. Information you provide is used only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, arranging services or communicating with you regarding your installation.

Easy TV does not sell or disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties except where required by law or where necessary to provide the services you have requested.

All personal information is stored using reasonable security measures.

Installation Terms

• A person aged 18 years or older must be present throughout the installation to approve the completed work.
• Our quotation is based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. If the requested scope of work changes, or additional equipment or services are required on the day of installation, a revised quotation will be provided before any additional work proceeds.
• Easy TV does not carry out electrical work requiring a licensed electrician. Any electrical work that must be completed before installation is the responsibility of the customer and must be performed by an appropriately licensed electrical contractor.
• Easy TV provides only the installation and setup services that have been agreed before the appointment. Work outside the agreed scope, including building modifications, electrical work or additional cabling not included in the quotation, may require a revised quotation or a separate qualified contractor.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that access to the installation location is safe and unobstructed before the appointment.

Warranty Terms

• All Easy TV installation workmanship is covered by a five (5) year workmanship warranty.
• Cables supplied by Easy TV are covered by a twelve (12) month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Easy TV installers are fully insured with public liability insurance.
• Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the respective manufacturer. Easy TV does not administer or extend manufacturer warranties.

Warranty Disclaimer

• Easy TV is not responsible for limitations, compatibility issues or functionality restrictions of customer-supplied equipment.
• The workmanship warranty may be void where the completed installation has been altered, modified, tampered with or adjusted by anyone other than Easy TV without prior approval.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, negligence, natural disasters, power surges or events beyond Easy TV’s reasonable control.
• The warranty does not cover failures resulting from improper use, relocation of installed equipment, or modifications made after installation.
• Easy TV reserves the right to refuse warranty service where unsafe conditions, building defects or electrical hazards are present.
• Where work is completed by third-party contractors or affiliates, their own terms and warranties apply to the services they provide.
